THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
Need a tenant? Or help with the whole rental?
Some owners want help leasing a property and prefer to handle daily operations themselves. Others want ongoing support with tenants, maintenance, rent collection, and reporting. We’ll talk through the difference and agree on what fits.
Yes. Leasing focuses on marketing the rental and coordinating the process toward a tenancy. Ongoing management covers the day-to-day needs of the property. We can discuss either service or a combined plan.
Can you take over a property with tenants already in place?
Yes, we can discuss management for an occupied property. We will review the current leases, property needs, and handoff arrangements before agreeing on a start date.
How much does property management cost?
Fees depend on the property and the services agreed. We review the proposed scope, fees, and agreement terms with you before you commit. Submitting an inquiry does not create a management agreement.
How are maintenance decisions handled?
We discuss the property’s needs and agree on how maintenance requests, owner approvals, and emergency situations will be handled as part of your management plan.
Do you provide 24/7 emergency support?
Yes, for managed properties. Emergency contact instructions are provided as part of onboarding. This website’s inquiry form is for new service requests and is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Which locations do you serve?
Jidé Realty serves Chicago and the surrounding suburbs from our Des Plaines base. Share the property address so we can confirm the right service arrangement for your location.
